At PhaseLine CrossFit we provide our athletes with 24/7 gym access. The gym is open for use, as you see fit, any time of the day. Open gym can be utilized to stay on track if you couldn't make it to a class, follow your own programming, work on skills development, olympic weightlifting, power lifting, or strongman training.
